Hello, I am Tracy, Lead Instructor for Sherwood Nordic Walking. I have been teaching Nordic walking for several years and am an Instructor Member of British Nordic Walking. I will teach you the full Nordic walking technique giving you the confidence and ability to join in with our regular group Nordic walks across North Nottinghamshire. Along with our qualified and trained Walk Leaders, we will ensure you enjoy safe and varied regular Nordic walks in our area.
