The Darlington Rock Choir is led by County Durham based musician Florence Glen. A local community choir first and foremost, we are also part of the national Rock Choir network, which provides some unequalled performances for choir members. Members of Rock Choir have had the chance to meet and sing in front of many celebrities and public figures, including Jude Law, Paul O'Grady and Sir Richard Branson at the UK's top venues including the O2!
Whether you only sing in the shower or along to your car radio, or whether you see yourself belting out a showstopper at Wembley Arena (which we did! - for the ITV1 documentary 'The Choir that Rocks'), there's a place for you in the Darlington Rock Choir. With no singing audition or need to read music, anyone can come along to a FREE taster session and see why the Darlington choir members recommend their friends!

Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
