An extremely popular traditional village Fete on Sunday 7th July. The Main attraction is Vander Superheroes Double Space Wheel aka The Vander Wheel of Death which is a 9 metre steel structure that revolves around a central axis with an open-sided steel cage on each end..the two artistes perform amazing stunts..'the best aerial stunt act in Europe' - Three 15 min shows in the main Arena. Also there will be Inflatables including Bouncy Castles & Maze, Hamster Balls, Bungey Trampolines and mini Trampolines, Tea-Cup Roundabout, Beat the Goalie, Punch & Judy (2 x 45 minute shows outside the Arena). As well As The Vander Wheel of Death in the Main Arena there will also be the very popular Fernside Vets Dog Show, A Dog Display and Children's Races. We are delighted to say that he wonderful Phoenix Concert Band will be playing in the Refreshment area during the afternoon. The Fete Raffle has some great prizes as does the Fete Tombola. You can also enjoy the Coconut Shy, Welly Throwing and a huge variety of Stalls. Fete goers can enjoy food from the Fete Food Tent and drinks will be available from the Beer Tent. Come and join us for a great afternoon.
