Kew Nutrition & Wellness Fair, June 2024
Aatma Holistic in partnership with True Health Talks CIC & Food Specialist brings you leading experts on Health, Nutrition and Wellness at our Summer Fair in Kew on Saturday 8th June from 10am to 6pm.
Free Presentations, Classes, Live Music, Food, Drinks and Talks from Health and Nutrition Experts are available throughout the day. With over 50 stands we have something for everyone! We are very passionate about making wellness more accessible to the community by sharing expert knowledge and raising awareness of well sourced health products from companies with an ethical approach and integrity.
The first 250 people to arrive will receive a Free Goodie Bag on arrival gifted by our sponsors and exhibitors loaded with products from Keto Baker, London Nootropics, Viridian, Living Nutrition, Vogel and many more wellness brands.
Health & Nutrition Stands will be exhibiting ethically sourced products including: Adaptogenic Coffee; Seagreens; Organic Tea; Pure Kombucha; Ceremonial Grade Cacao; Organic Honey; Herbs; Organic CBD products; Fermented Foods including Natto Soybeans; Bioavailable Supplements from Living Nutrition; Mushrooms for life and plenty more!
Wellness Product Stands include Salt Lamps; Candles; Essential Oils & Sprays; Jewellery; Crystals; Singing Bowls; Flower Essences; Natural Skincare Products and other wellness items.
Our relaxing “Zen Zone” includes therapists offering Massages; Acupressure; Reflexology; Energy Healing; Indian Head Massage; Facials; Kinesiology; Osteopath and more. (Sessions can be booked on the day).
Free Talks: 2pm Women’s Wellness; 3pm Gut & Brain Health; 4pm Ayurveda; 5pm EMF Radiation.
Taster Classes (£15 per class) are available throughout the day lead by experienced local holistic teachers & therapists: 10am Dru-Yoga; 11am Qi Gong; 12pm Pilates; 1pm Gong Bath; 2pm Yin Yoga; 3pm Breathwork; 4pm Crystal Bowls Sound Bath; 5pm Cacao Ceremony.
The Children’s Den in the garden offers free kid’s yoga & face painting.
