Watercolours and Wine
Hosted by local watercolour artist Lynda Larke, you’ll learn the techniques of watercolours, as well as create your own masterpiece to take home.
Over the course of the evening Lynda will explain the different techniques of watercolours including dry brushing, layering colours, washes, and using salts.
Whether you’ve never painted before, or fancy yourself as a bit of an artist, this workshop can be enjoyed by everyone with friends and family, or come along solo and meet new people.
By taking part in this workshop you can help to fund arts and crafts sessions for children and adults with physical and learning disabilities across Dorset.
We’ll provide all the materials, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, just bring along a picture of something you’d like to paint once you’ve got to grips with the techniques. If you’d like to bring an apron to cover your clothes then you are welcome to. We don’t anticipate it’ll be messy though!
