Movement is good for the mind, and Printworks is encouraging everyone to move their bodies during Mental Health Awareness Week by hosting a series of free fitness classes underneath Europe’s largest digital ceiling.
From 13th – 17th May, Printworks is set to transform the local community's lunch break with an exciting collaboration with Nuffield Health, promising a midday fitness fiesta like no other.
For an energising lunchtime boost, fitness classes will be taking place in Printworks pumpyard at 12:30pm on Monday 13th, Wednesday 15th, and Friday 17th May. Classes will be 30-45 minutes long, giving those with busy schedules the chance to incorporate exercise into their day and raise serotonin levels with some rejuvenating movement!
For those looking to escape the Monday blues, a lunchtime Body Balance class is on offer combining yoga, mindful meditation and breathwork, while a HIITSTEP class is sure to raise heart rates and get blood flowing on Wednesday. To end the week with a burn, a Vinyasa Yoga class will be held on Friday, providing a mindful start to the week ahead. Participants do not need to bring any equipment to classes, as this will be provided by Nuffield Health.
The UK's biggest and most loved Tex-Mex restaurant, Chiquito will also be offering 25% off its nutritious salad bowls after the free classes, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and fully energised for the rest of the day.
