Waverley Singers Summer Concert: Fauré Requiem
For their summer concert, in the peaceful setting of St Andrew's Church, Farnham, the Waverley Singers perform Gabriel Fauré's much loved 'Requiem', along with Hubert Parry's 'Songs of Farewell', and other reflective works by Gibbons, Purcell, and Stanford. Interval drinks will be on sale, and a retiring collection will support the Cheryl King Trust. The choir will be conducted by Philip Scriven on the organ, and the conductor is Richard Pearce.
