A FREE Guided Butterfly Walk at Holtspur Bottom NR

Join us for a trip to Holtspur Bottom, the only Butterfly Conservation Nature Reserve in our area. A valley-bottom chalk grassland site, demonstrating good grassland restoration for butterflies and other wildlife.

We will explore the two main fields to find out about the restoration project and see a variety of summer butterflies and other wildlife. Target species: Small Blue.

Accessibility & risks: fairly steep slopes, mainly on grassy paths. Please check for ticks after the walk and let the leader know if you have picked up any ticks. (Tick advice)
