Suffolk Mind Colour Rush
For 2024, we celebrate the launch of our very first mass participation fun run – our Colour Rush.
The Colour Rush will take place on Saturday 5 October 2024 at Trinity Park, Ipswich. There are two trails to choose from:
A 3k trail (11.30am start) open to the whole family (age 6+)
1.5k trail (11.40am start) ideal for juniors (age 4 – 6 years) and their supporting adults
This is a family fun run with a difference, for people of all ages and abilities. Colour Rush sees participants in white t shirts walk, jog, or run through a variety of coloured paint stations, getting covered shoulder to knee in bright powdered paint!
At just under two miles, 3k is ideal for families or groups having a go at their first run. It’s a fun, achievable event for everyone with no pressure to finish in a certain time. Our junior trail (just under one mile), is perfect for our youngest runners.
On crossing the finish line, all participants will receive a bespoke Colour Rush medal and enjoy the sense of achievement from having supported Suffolk Mind, and mental health services in the county, at the same time.
