Summer solstice yoga on Brownsea Island
A unique opportunity on this special day in the calendar year to join local yoga teacher Sonja Lockyer, for summer solstice yoga under the Sycamore trees at the viewpoint on Brownsea. Afterwards, you'll head up to Pottery Pier to watch the sun go down as you enjoy a solstice meditation followed by a delicious plant based picnic dinner prepared by local chef, Wylde Green Kitchen. On your way back to the boat, you can listen to the magical churring of the visiting nightjars as they swoop across the heathland.
Transport across the island will be available if required. Bring appropriate clothing and a yoga mat, paying special attention to recent and current weather forecasts. Please visit the Brownsea Island National Trust website to book.

Price includes ferry fare, entry, yoga, meditation and plant based supper. £75pp. Catch the 18:00 boat from National Trust jetty to the right of the Sandbanks chain ferry. Boat returns back to Sandbanks at 21:50.
