An evening of new dance/dance theatre works created by older choreographers.
Examining how we act, hesitate or agitate when enough is enough, presenting older age on stage; the message is important, urgent and challenging.
Choreographers are Ann Clifford with Counterpoint dancers and Pandemonium drummers, Caroline Muraldo, Grand Gesture, Jennifer Jackson and Kim Mendez with The Sage Dance Company, Linda Foster with Function of X, Mary Cox with The Jammers, Sarah Jackson and Quercum dancers.
This mixed bill includes works which are questioning, playful, joyful, and reflective.
The choreographers, from varied backgrounds - ballet, contemporary and dance theatre - deal with themes of resilience and regrowth, sacrifice, friendship, cultural assumptions, and violence against women.
