Red squirrel walk and cream tea at the castle
A fantastic opportunity to come to Brownsea Island when it is closed to the general public and catch sight of the rare red squirrels as they scurry about in search of their winter food supply.
Afterwards, we are delighted to be working in partnership with the John Lewis partnership to offer you exclusive access to their partnership run hotel in Brownsea Castle for a delicious cream tea.
Please dress for the outdoors wearing sensible outdoor and waterproof clothing and footwear. The island is closed to the general public so limited facilities are available. Please bring binoculars if you wish to get a closer look at the squirrels.
Please make sure you arrive at the National Trust Sandbanks jetty in plenty of time as the boat will leave promptly. There is roadside parking on the peninsular on Brownsea and Panorama road. This event is from Sandbanks and NOT Poole.
