Heritage Open Day: Corton United Methodist Free Church was commissioned by J J Colman Corton United Methodist Free Church was opened for worship on 7th April 1874. J J Colman and his family had a residence across the road. He was then head of the family business, Colman’s Mustard, Norwich. For 25 years the family regularly attended the chapel.
There are foundation stones which include the children’s initials and four stained glass windows commemorating the family.
The church is also holding its Harvest Festival and
the Annual Ride and Stride will be taking place.
There will be a service on Sunday 15th 10:00 - 12:00
