Bird-ringing Demonstration

Have you ever fancied watching bird ringing in action or wondered why we do it This is your opportunity to come along to a public ringing demonstration, led by BTO qualified ringers. You will get to see birds up close, be shown how the birds are examined, measured, and weighed, and learn more about their migration. Don't miss out on this chance to have a wonderful close-up wildlife encounter and learn about this important scientific role in conservation.

There is a taxi rank outside Chichester station - ask to be taken to Pagham Harbour Visitor Centre, Selsey Road, Sidlesham. To cycle from the station, turn south over the level crossing down Stockbridge Road for approximately 100m then turn left into Canal Basin. Immediately to the right is the canal path which is the start of Route 88, currently ending at the PO20 7NE
