Gingerbread Street
A tiny street made entirely from gingerbread will go on display at The Biscuit Factory this December. This family event, kindly sponsored by Lovell Homes, includes free Gingerbread Street colouring sheets and the chance to vote for which confectionary construction will win the People’s Choice Award. Regrettably, nibbling the exhibit is not allowed!
'Gingerbread Street' is the first of its kind in North-East England and is part of homeless charity Oasis Community Housing’s Christmas Appeal.
All of the miniature buildings have been created by teams from local businesses and schools.
