Join our choir in St Austell Bay for a FREE taster session

If you have always wanted to join a choir locally, you can!

Your local St Austell choir is run by Cornwall based musician Marcus Alleyne. The St Austell branch is part of the unique national singing family that is Rock Choir. Whilst retaining our focus on St Austell community causes and events, all the local Cornwall choirs come together in regional and even national groups for bigger events, such performing en masse at the 10,000 seat Wembley Arena, achieving album sales that enter the charts, radio appearances and Guinness World Records and helping to raise millions for charity. Joining this incomparable musical national treasure is very easy, there are no auditions, there's no need to read music and we're open to everyone in your local community!

You've probably heard us singing in and around Cornwall, or seen one of our many TV appearances, and never thought you'd have to courage to get up on stage and sing! But the unique teaching methods at the St Austell Rock Choir, along with no need to audition or read music, mean that we are accessible to all. Come along and try us out for FREE at a taster session, and experience singing with your local 'exceptional' Rock Choir for yourself.

Here is a quote about our choir - 'I looked for years for somewhere to sing with others, but never found a group that sang a wide range of songs that you  looked forward to singing with a smile on your face and a swing in the hips. Rock Choir arrived and filled that void, I'm still smiling.' - Isabel (Rock Choir Member)

Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
