Children's Half-term Workshop: Pottery Dragons
Join tutor V Hayward and come and sculpt a pottery dragon - whether it be mysterious, fearsome, kind, or confident is up to you and your imagination! Taking inspiration from all kinds of creatures and using a range of handbuilding techniques we will create our own dragons along with stories of where they come from and what they get up to. We will use air-hardening clay so you can take your creations with you at the end and paint them at home. Remember to come in old clothes, as clay can get messy!
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring with you a snack and a bottle of water, or there is a coffee bar on site. There will be a break to eat your snack during the workshop. Please wear old clothes and bring an apron and a cardboard box! Materials are provided and we will be using Air-drying clay so that you can take your sculpture home with you.
