Walk For A Cure with Alzheimer's Research UK - Poole
Join us in Poole this summer on Sunday, 22nd June 2025 for this accessible, family-friendly 5km walk. Walk side by side with friends and family, and fuel life-changing dementia research.

This stunning 5km loop takes you through Poole Park's parkland areas, past a saltwater lagoon and beautiful boating lakes. Then past the adjacent Baiter Park and along the Poole Harbour trail with panoramic views across the harbour. All before you cross the finish line to claim your well-deserved medal.
Dogs are welcome but must remain on a lead at all times.
The fully signposted route is mostly on hardstanding path with a small section on grass. The route is accessible for both wheelchairs and pushchairs with assistance. Please note this route passes by large bodies of water which may be unsuitable for some participants.
There will be volunteer marshals along the route to support you if needed.
