Anne Turner Memorial Allotments - Open Garden for NGS

Allotments founded in 1902 by philanthropist Anne Turner for the local community celebrating 120 years of allotment gardening. There are 83 plots cared for by enthusiastic gardeners producing flowers, fruit and vegetables in an attractive setting. Competition sweet peas and dahlias in addition to homegrown produce. A protected woodland copse providing a wildlife sanctuary is currently being restored.
