An 80ft garden behind a C18 terrace house (not open). An upper York stone terrace leads to a larger terrace surrounded by overfilled beds of cottage garden style planting. Further steps lead to a lawn by a rill and a lower terrace. A willow tree dominates the garden; amelanchiers, fruit trees and dwarf acers, winter flowering cherry, lemon trees and magnolia.
