Three acre cottage garden with topiary, snowdrops, old roses, extensive collection of irises inc Dykes Medal winners and Cedric Morris var., herbaceous borders with scented plants. Meadow with mown paths. Enclosed by river, moat and wilderness. Variety of annuals for late flowering.
