Ayot Art Show
The 2025 Ayot Art Show takes place in the beautiful and impressive Palladian Church of St Lawrence in Ayot St Lawrence on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 June, with a ticketed Preview Evening on Friday 20 June. This year the Show celebrates a major milestone: its 50th birthday!
To mark the anniversary; this year’s show will have a particularly festive feel with lots of small details suited to a 50th birthday party but will also feature:
• A raffle! Prizes include a painting, generously sponsored by the NFU, by renowned oil painter Andrew King ROI; a meal for 2 at the Brocket Arms Pub; and an Indian Block Printing class for two at Ayot’s Sundara Block Printing.
• A bottle of Prosecco will be awarded to the purchaser of the 50th picture on each day of the show.
• A special 50th anniversary Ayot Art Show tote bag free for every purchase over £50.
• Art demonstrations throughout the weekend.
The Art Show features work by local and professional artists, with all work available to buy at a range of prices to suit all budgets. There is a glorious variety of styles and subjects, from landscapes to still life, etchings to collage; and many types of different media, including oil, watercolour and acrylic. Unframed art and greeting cards are also available to purchase. There is tea tent over the weekend stocked with delicious homemade cakes.

Entry costs just £2.50, with children under 16 free over the weekend (10am - 5pm). Preview Evening tickets (available on Eventbrite), which includes a drink and canapés, plus live music and a pay bar, costs £13 in advance or £15 on the door (7-9pm).
