SouthGate Bath to kick off celebrations ahead of Bath Rugby's final ho
Local rugby fans heading out this Saturday (17th May) for Bath Rugby’s highly anticipated final scheduled home game of the season against Leicester Tigers can start the celebrations early at SouthGate Bath.
From 2pm - 2:30pm, Bath Rugby will be hosting a pre-match event in The Vaults, just outside Bath Spa train station and Ludo Sports Bar & Kitchen. Fans and visitors can enjoy live music from a samba band, fun face painting for all ages, and a special visit from the club’s mascot. It’s the perfect way to soak up the matchday buzz before heading to The Rec for the 5:30pm kick-off.
Adding to the matchday experience, popular Japanese street food pop-up, Katsuo JSF, will also be on hand serving a selection of delicious dishes from The Vaults. This exciting addition to SouthGate’s variety of leading restaurants offers a taste of something different and is the first of several planned visits this year.
The event builds on the continued partnership between Bath Rugby and Ludo Sports Bar & Kitchen – a popular SouthGate venue and official partner of the club. Known for its matchday atmosphere, Ludo has become a go-to spot for fans before and after games, regularly hosting events and screenings in support of the team.
