Summer at The Wharf

Made by Many & Friends, including Digital Frontier Magazine and Mr Bingo and Paul Davis - two of Britain’s most distinctive illustrators are hosting a two-day festival that just so happens to coincide with SXSW landing in London.

Summer at The Wharf is a two-day event (6-7 June) that is part-talks, part-party, set in the heart of London’s canal-side creative quarter at Diespeker Wharf.

We’re opening the doors to our studio and courtyard for a relaxed gathering of designers, technologists, cultural explorers, future obsessives, and friends with talks on AI, sci-fi, art and imagination. Plus a BBQ, drinks, music and a bit of magic to round things off.

Upstairs, the studio becomes an intimate venue for talks and panels curated for a future-curious crowd. We’ve brought together thinkers and makers who are pushing boundaries across disciplines from AI and branding to Gen Z-led culture shifts, Afrofuturism, and circular innovation.

Friday’s Studio Talks is a good excuse to step away from the desk. Come with your team or on your own. Hear something unexpected, meet someone interesting, and leave feeling a little more inspired.

Saturday’s programme is a little freer. Talks on sci-fi, art and imagination. Plus music and a bit of magic to round things off.

Across both days, expect thoughtful provocations, cultural insights and space to actually talk about what matters.
