Sustainability advocate Gregg has created an exclusive menu inspired by our forest-, meadow- and farm-land surroundings – abundant with wild deer, elder trees, rainbow trout and more.
After preparing culinary delights together under Gregg’s watch, relax and enjoy the fresh flavours while the sun sets.
