Concert of classical orchestral and choral music
We invite you to a great evening of operatic music spanning the period from the 18th to the 20 century. Our chorus and orchestra will present a programme of excerpts: Copland -Rodeo, Coates-The Three Bears, Grieg-Peer Gynt, R. Strauss-Der Rosenkavalier Suite and Serenade for Wind, a selection of opera choruses: Handel-Alcina, Purcell-Dido and Aeneas, Rossini-Madam Butterfly, Verdi-Nabucco and Il Trovatore. There is something for everyone and all ages. We look forward to seeing you.
