Summer Holiday Workshop: Draw Like the Impressionists
Children's Drawing with V Hayward
The Expressionists are known for their bold use of bright colours to reflect emotion and feeling - In this workshop we will examine how they did this and recreate their techniques with a range of drawing materials and papers to express our feelings on the page! We will be drawing animals in Expressionistic styles, so feel free to bring some of your own images of your favourite animals. The more energy and movement the images have the better!
WHAT TO BRING
All the materials are included. Please bring with you a snack or change for the cafe, and a bottle of water. There will be a break to eat your snack during the workshop. Please wear old clothes and bring an apron!
