Home Education: Romans in Craven

Get your archaeology hats on! We’re uncovering the Roman history of Craven. Explore finds and objects relating to the Roman occupation of Britain – who was Cartimandua? what was life like at Kirk Sinks Roman Villa? These questions and more will be explored during this session.

This session is designed to meet the specification of the National Curriculum for KS2 History – The Roman Empire and its impacts on Britain

Important Information:
Suitable for 7 – 11 year olds, If you are bringing younger siblings (under 6), please email cravenmuseum@northyorks.gov.uk so we can check that we have space. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
