Memory Walk is a series of sponsored walks run by the charity Alzheimer’s Society, held in September and October across the UK. It's free to sign up and open to all. Every year, thousands of incredible people come together to walk for a future where dementia no longer devastates lives.
Share advice, laughter, and support at the Belfast Memory Walk. When you cross the finish line, celebrate with your medal, knowing you have walked for a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.
To make sure everyone's included, there are two routes to choose from on the day of Memory Walk, both starting at our event site by the Ozone Centre at Ormeau Park.
A short 3km route, which is wheelchair and pushchair accessible and suitable for all ages and abilities. The longer 6km route is more challenging and takes you further round the park. Please note the route and distance is subject to change, and suitable footwear is recommended.
You can sign up here on the Belfast Memory Walk event page (www.alzheimers.org.uk/get-involved/events-and-fundraising/join-event/memory-walk/belfast-memory-walk), or give us a call on 0300 330 5452.
