Lay down on cosy beds made up with mattresses, cushions and blankets so that you can let go and allow the Tibetan bowl sounds, music and blissful vibrations to move through you.
The experience will focus on grounding, allowing ourselves to soar uplifted and elevated beyond those things which keep us down in daily life.
