CLIFFE TO KINGSDOWN
A quick intro
On the 10th of August we will be strolling from the delightful village of St Margaret’s at Cliffe to spend a few pleasant hours soaking up sea views.
The walk will start at Reach Road Car Park near St Margaret’s Church.
From the car park we will make our way through the village of St Margaret at Cliffe. We will then make our way along the coast passing a former residence of Noël Coward, a Memorial to War Heroes of the First World War, and then onto Kingsdown with tales of smugglers, shipwrecks, and champion swimmers.
We will then make our way back to St Margaret’s at Cliffe via country lanes and paths, hearing about tales of ghostly Grey Ladies and a beer-drinking goose!
