If you have always wanted to join a choir locally, you can!
The Aldridge Rock Choir is led by singer/pianist Sonia Eyre. The choir is for all ages and all the local West Midlands branches of Rock Choir, like ours come together to do incredible gigs like the 9,500 seat Liverpool Arena and Guinness World Record attempts (The Rock Choir members have got 3 world records and even had personal certificates arranged for them) and community events too like the local West Midlands music and food festivals.
Whether you only sing in the shower or along to your car radio, or whether you see yourself belting out a showstopper at Wembley Arena (which we did! - for the ITV1 documentary 'The Choir that Rocks'), there's a place for you in the Aldridge Rock Choir. With no singing audition or need to read music, anyone can come along to a FREE taster session and see why the Aldridge choir members recommend their friends!
Here is a quote about our choir - 'It is what gets me through the week. Rock Choir is real and should be available on the NHS.' - Sue (Rock Choir Member)
Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
