Back by popular demand, we are delighted to welcome the Moondogs back to the Milton Rooms. Based in Middlesborough, The Moondogs are an exciting, live tribute band who superbly recreate the sights, sounds and raw ?energy of the late 1950s and swinging 1960s.
With their high energy performances and stage banter, ?The Moondogs will transport you ?back ?in time to ?those magical days when teenagers were swept along in its wake and music helped to shape a generation. Performing their shows around the country to much acclaim, they’ve become a sought-after band for 60s festivals, corporate events and private parties as well as appearing around the UK at holiday parks and social clubs.
The Moondogs have performed many times at the world ?famous Cavern Club in Liverpool over the years as well as performing regularly in Europe for Thompson Gold Holidays and 60s festivals.
Over ?the years the lads have performed many 60s events around the country, appearing with The Searchers, Herman’s Hermits, The Hollies, The Fortunes, Vanity Fare, The Fourmost, New Amen Corner, Union Gap, Edison Lighthouse, The ?Swinging Blue Jeans, The Tornados, The Dakotas, Marmalade, Cupid’s Inspiration, Marty Wilde, Chris Farlowe and Brian Poole.
