FREE taster session with the Halifax Rock Choir

Do you want to find a choir near you?

The Halifax Rock Choir is led by choir leader Narelle Hill. The choir is for all ages and all the local West Yorkshire branches of Rock Choir, like ours come together to do incredible events like the 20,000 seat O2 Arena and Guinness World Record attempts (The Rock Choir members have got 3 world records and even had personal certificates arranged for them) and community events too like the local West Yorkshire music and food festivals.

You've probably heard us singing in and around West Yorkshire, or seen one of our many TV appearances, and never thought you'd have to courage to get up on stage and sing! But the unique teaching methods at the Halifax Rock Choir, along with no need to audition or read music, mean that we are accessible to all. Come along and try us out for FREE at a taster session, and experience singing with your local 'exceptional' Rock Choir for yourself.

Here is a quote about our choir - 'Rock Choir has given me a new dimension in life - I joined after my dad died as I knew I needed something new to focus on. I come down to choir on the train from home and in the winter waiting around at a freezing station is not very appealing when its lovely and warm at home, but I never want to miss a session no matter how tired, cold or grumpy I feel. When my husband picks me up he always says the same thing - I am always bubbly and happy and looking forward to the next week.' - Liz (Rock Choir Member)

Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
