RSPB Rainham Marshes Wellness Guided Walk
Take pleasure in the tranquillity and comfort that nature offers. Join our female guides for a walk around the reserve, taking in the beauty of the birds and other wildlife as we head into autumn.
This is a 2 hour approx. walk designed for all nature lovers no matter their level of knowledge. Bring your own binoculars or, for a small charge, borrow some from us.

Parking charges apply to non-RSPB members.
There is no café on site, so feel free to bring your own refreshments to enjoy after the walk.
