The Great Skipton Santa Fun Run is a charity run and walk organised by The Rotary Club of Skipton Craven. Starting at 1100 on Sunday 30th November 2025, on Skipton High Street, this is a precursor to the Christmas Lights switch on later on in the day.
The event takes place with the support of Skipton Town Council.
In addition to many of the runners’ own charities, the main beneficiaries this year will be Sue Ryder Manorlands, local Skipton charities and Rotary charities.
The run follows a 5km course around Skipton, through Aireville Park and Skipton Woods. A shorter (3km) walkers and wheelchair friendly route, again starting on the High Street, takes in a circuit of Aireville Park. Go to skiptonsantafunrun.com for further information about the Routes.
Individuals aged 6 yrs and over and of any ability can take part. We encourage families and members of community groups to enter teams to run as a group and raise sponsorship money.
