Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert on the first Thursday of each month (Feb-Dec) at 10.45am at Holy Trinity Church: informal music events with a café where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes, and enjoy live music.
September’s programme is inspired by trees and forests, with music by Dvorak (Silent Woods), Sibelius (Birch and Spruce), Massenet (Lime Trees), and the beautiful folk-song idyll ‘The Banks of Green Willow’ by George Butterworth.
Concerts last c45mins. There's no need to book, though an RSVP via our website is appreciated. Turn up early for best seats and choice of cakes as these concerts are very popular!
