West Ogwell Open Afternoon: Architecture and Mindfulness
Heritage Open Day: An afternoon of heritage, mindfulness and relaxation (and refreshments!) in this one-off event organised especially for Heritage Open Days. Enjoy an afternoon out this Heritage Open Days with a unique opportunity to visit both West Ogwell Church (looked after by the Churches Conservation Trust) and Gaia House next door, a silent retreat. This joint event will include a mindful walk around Gaia House and talks about the history and architecture of the church and the old estate manor house next door (now Gaia House) parts of which date back to the 1580s.

14:15 - talks about the space/history architecture of West Ogwell Church and Gaia House
15:00-15:30 - mindful guided walk around Gaia House
Tea, coffee and biscuits (maybe cake!) will be available. If you would like to bring a donation for refreshments please bring cash.
