Heritage Open Day: This talk is based on a new walk leaflet highlighting the history, buildings and people of Fernyhalgh and the Ladeywell Shrine The Georgian church, graveyard and old school have along and fascinating history linked to the ancient shrine at Ladyewell and its chapel. The walk is not suitable for groups but as a self guided tour it is accessible.
