The Ditchburn Jukebox Museum

Heritage Open Day: The Home of the first British made Jukebox, come and find out about how the first British jukeboxes were made here on the Fylde Coast.
Enjoy the amazing sounds of the Jukeboxes that first appeared in coffee bars and milk bars back in 1947. Welcome to the home of the first British Jukebox. Take a trip back in time, when Jukebox music was in every coffee bar and milk bar in the UK.

These Ditchburn Jukeboxes were manufactured here on the Fylde coast and brought Rock n Roll to the youth of Great Britain at a time when imports of American Jukeboxes were banned and listening to music was limited, because there was only one BBC radio station at that time, that played mostly classical and dance band music.
