Heritage Open Day: Photographs, artefacts, ephemera, maps and information relating to the history of the villages Belthorn, Rann, Bank Fold, Daisy Green and Guide. Also a free printed history walk around the village will be available for visitors to take and explore. Belthorn was a weaving and mining community - a small hilltop village once regarded as one of the most nefarious, unenlightened and sinful places around Blackburn with nine pubs! There will be village videos running, lots of photos and ephemera to see and members and locals around over the weekend available to chat. The free printed walk around this historic village, now much more peaceful, will be available. Come and enjoy the beautiful moors.
