Harwich Maritime Museum

Heritage Open Day: Museum showing Harwich maritime heritage housed in the old Low Lighthouse. Extensive refurbishment is allowing visitors to experience maritime Harwich through the ages. For children, there is Spot the Pirate Parrot exercise, craft activities, dressing up in uniforms, plus other activities. The top floor gives access to the Viewing Platform with its views of the estuary, the hive of activity, plus historical landmarks.
