Church of St. Bartholomew, Wanborough

Heritage Open Day: Go back to before 1066 and discover the fascinating story of the smallest parish church in Surrey - the ancient, Grade I listed Church of St Bartholomew. Gaze at the wonderful boat-shaped monastic roof and find other traces of an amazing past. St Bartholomew’s Church has a unique, peaceful, prayerful atmosphere. It is in regular use for worship and this weekend we offer it to you as a quiet place to reflect and pray while also offering you a chance to discover some of its intriguing history.
