Heritage Open Day: Free entry to Stourbridge Glass Museum on Saturday 13th September. At 2 Pm hear Graham Fisher MBE share the Museum’s story from idea to its 2022 opening. A rare chance to explore local heritage and meet a key figure in its creation. Join us for a special Heritage Open Day event at Stourbridge Glass Museum, featuring a talk by Graham Fisher MBE, author of Stourbridge Glass Museum – How it Came Into Being.

At 2:00 PM, Graham will share the fascinating story behind the creation of the Museum, offering personal insights into its development and the people who made it possible. A long-time advocate for the region’s rich glassmaking heritage, Graham has been closely involved with the Museum since its early planning stages and became a trustee in 2013.
