The Architectures of Grief

Heritage Open Day: The Architectures of Grief: A thought-provoking, interactive session exploring key questions in our understanding about grief and how it shows up in our lives and in our cultures. The Architecture of Grief is an interactive, thought-provoking session exploring how grief shows up in our lives and cultures.

What if grief isn't something to fix or overcome? What if the pain you feel is medicine for the heart? What if grief can restore community and reconnect us with the natural world?

Norfolk Grief Tending is a non-profit supporting adults struggling with grief. We've learned that by embracing grief—rather than avoiding it—and working with trauma-informed practices, people can find not just healing and hope, but also joy, connection and peace.
