Heritage Open Day: A Priest ministering in Childwall is recorded in the Domesday Book of l086. All Saints is a Grade One listed building.
Although the oldest part of the building is 14th century, Saxon stones can be found in the Church Porch. We look forward to welcoming you to All Saints in 2025. The church has associations with the Norris family of Speke Hall and once contained a family chapel. The Norris brasses are dated 1524.
The oldest part of the Church are the porch and the remains of a 14th Century wall.
All Saints contains a number of hatchments and memorials around the church as well as a board which confirms the church's loyalty to King Charles 2nd after the Restoration following the Civil War.
