Heritage Open Day: View wedding dresses from the last 100 years, trace your Cradley ancestors with experts, see a Black Country Blacksmith in action making chain, climb the tower to learn about the bells. Finish the day with a free organ concert with big screen! The doors of St Peter's Church in Cradley will be wide open on

See inside our church which was originally built in 1789 as a Non-Conformist Chapel, before the minister converted to the Church of England in 1798. The tower was built in 1875 to house the bells. The sanctuary which was added on in 1933 features three stained glass windows by local stained glass artist William Pardoe of the Stourbridge Stained Glassworks of nearby Lye.
