Wakefield Civic Society Architectural Photography Competition and Exhibition
Heritage Open Day: Wakefeld Civic Society is inviting the public to submit photographs of Wakefield architecture as part of a photography competition. Entries will be exhibited on screen throughout the Heritage Open Days period and there are cash prizes to be won! For this year's Heritage Open Days, Wakefield Civic Society is running an architectural photography competition. We invite you to submit photographs of Wakefield's buildings in three categories - city centre, suburban and rural (countryside). There are three age groups in which you can enter - under 18, 18-25 and 26+. The best photographs in each category and age group will will a cash prize of £100 and there is an additional prize of £250 for the best overall photograph.
