Heritage Open Day: An in depth dive into different architecture materials used throughout Ash, including lots of photos as well as samples to see and handle. All information from our self guided walk will me made accessible during the exhibition so no one misses out. Take a closer look at the breadth of architecture and building features within Ash. Our self guided walk draws on a number of interesting buildings in the village which show case some truly fascinating features telling their story. Learn some history, interesting facts and features of what you walk past but perhaps haven't noticed before. We'll be sharing with you all sorts including chimneys, wall ties, brickwork, weathervanes, benchmarks, graffiti and more.
