Bell tower at Bakewell Parish Church
Heritage Open Day: Behind the Scenes at Bakewell Parish Church’s belltower. For Heritage Open Week the belltower will be open from 1400 to 1600 on both Sunday 14th September and Sunday 21st September.
Entry is by the tower door on the north eastern corner (outside) of the church.
It will be well signposted and we can accommodate any number of visitors (although there are 57 steps to climb to reach the ringing chamber.)
No booking is required: turn up on the day & perhaps include a tour of the Church and museum!
